How to get to the Island of Thulusdhoo - Maldives
Thulusdhoo Island is located approximately 30 minutes away from Velana International Airport (MLE).
There are three main modes of transportation to reach the island:
Scheduled Ferry:
A scheduled ferry service is available to Thulusdhoo Island, with a journey time of approximately 80 minutes. The service is available on all days of the week, except for Fridays. This mode of transportation is $3 per person, one-way.
Scheduled Speed Boat:
Several private speed boat companies operate on Thulusdhoo Island. The service is available daily, with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes. This mode of transportation is $30 per person, one-way.
Exclusive Chartered Speed Boat:
Private chartered speed boats are also available for Thulusdhoo Island. To arrange this mode of transportation, it is recommended to inform your guesthouse or hotel in advance. This mode of transportation is $200 for a charter trip, accommodating up to 8 people.
